High quality yarn will undergo a weaving process to manufacture nets. With high speed weaving machines, designed to produce nets with variety of patterns and sizes, including polyethylene-net weaver, The best-quality weaving machines also enable the company to produce nets of supreme quality in terms of standardized, secured, mesh size and knots.
Technology derived from Japan, the dyeing process is guaranteed at a high standard. Latest-model machines, colors and chemicals imported from ISO 9002 and ISO 14000 suppliers , combined with skilled and well trained staff, the products always bring customers satisfaction. Consistent coloring, brightness, shine and softness are the desired characteristics of the products.
Dyed nets are subjected to strict quality-control to make sure of color, brightness , size , softness and other characteristics as customers desire. After that the nets will be transferred to Heat Setting machines to ensure a smooth exture as well as a standard size. For heat setting process, stretching will be practiced into two different ways:
1.Depth Way Stretching (YOKO) is to vertically stretch by depth of nets with steam setting.
2.Length Way Stretching (TATE) is to horizontally stretch by length of nets with a heat setting.
Approved-quality products will then be pack aged by focusing on durability and neatness to maintain the products' quality until they arrive safely in the customers' hands.
